Planning the Orthosis
After having talked to the patient in person and after having gathered all data by means of the physical examination, it is time to plan the orthosis.
Orthosis Configuration
When planning an orthotic treatment, at the first step, there is the question of how the orthosis should be produced. Different steps have to be determined depending on the patient data. However, all relevant questions will be considered in one configuration.
Orthosis Calculation
There are legal terms applying to the treatment with medical aids and appliances in Germany. An exact calculation and documentation is not only necessary but also beneficial. Other terms may apply to companies abroad but they have to calculate as well.
