Physical Exam

An individual AFO, KAFO or KO with FIOR & GENTZ system joints is exclusively made for its user. Body measurements and muscle strength are only two examples for patient related data determined in the physical examination. It is the first step for planning an orthosis.

Number and accuracy of the gathered data have a great effect on the orthosis. An optimal efficacy is achieved by combining the orthosis fitting and system joint functionality while considering the biomechanics.

We provide orthotic treatment sheets on which you can note all important user, respectively, patient data. Use the chosen orthotic treatment sheet as a basis for the Orthosis Configurator and for communicating with our Clinical Support.
